Registration and screening
Book and get ready for your next appointment. Not sure if you’re eligible to donate? Take this quiz. Final eligibility will be determined by our staff at the donation centre during your appointment.

Donate blood or plasma
Drink lots of water and eat a healthy meal today. You will complete your donor questionnaire and have your hemoglobin checked, then it’s time to donate.
